Now, at over 120 years,she’s still full of life and joy. When people ask her how she managed to live this long, she always smiles and says: “I keep my heart and blood vessels happy.”

For many years, she relied on herbs from her garden. But as she grew older, her granddaughter – a health professional in Germany – introduced her to a secret to a strong heart and longer live. Mama Fatmata laughs when she says: "It’s even better than the diuretics: I used before. I now feel calm, strong, and at peace.”

Mama Fatmata had been searching for something in the room for a long time. Then she brought out an old piece of paper - she still keeps her phone numbers this way.

Following the recommendation, we called her granddaughter to ask. It turned out that her granddaughter is a cardiologist, educated in Germany.

She admitted that from time to time she sent her grandmother a product to purify the cholesterol in blood vessels. The only thing is, it is not a German product but a Singaporean one with the name Normatone.
